I have to say ROCHELLE ...!! She took the time and still does to answer my questions and gave me support I needed to complete Slim in 6, she is very encouraging, Yet she is tuff and no nonsense when it comes to certain things, she says it like it is!!! She is also honest about her own experiences and this helps me and so many others, That its ok to have mess ups and difficult times and still come thru winners because you pick up where you left off. I feel pretty lucky, I dont think I would have made it. It is the first time in my life that I have stuck with a fitness program and I believe well and truly this is because of her and the feel of the threads she runs!!

I also nominate Ro! She has been with me from the start of this journey in 2008 and I have appreciated her consistency and encouragement. She also really knows what she's talking about!!
I also am very blessed to have Rochelle as my coach! She is a great leader and is very passionate about helping all of us to reach our goal's. She alway's know's exactly what we need to hear to keep us pressing forward, She is very honest and alway's has possitive feed back to keep us on tract. She cares for each of us individually and treats us as one big family. Thank's Coach, ~Patty
I MUST sing the praises of my coach, Rochelle. She is so gifted at encouraging others. I know she has many coachees, but she has a way of making you feel like you are the only one. She has so much going on, but always has time to encourage and motivate us. She seems to magically know when I need her. She was invaluable at keeping me going when the results weren't coming as quickly as I wanted. More than once, on a day when I was struggling with motivation to push play...BAM! I get an email from her checking in on me. Of course, I HAVE to PP before I reply to her, so it gets me off my rear. She always wants to hear the good, the bad and they ugly, and I know I can be completely honest with her. I love the beach body dvd's, but am blown away that I get HER along with them. She is truly a blessing to me and many others.
Ro:
Love to see that you are human like the rest of us. That is a great attitude to have - no worries, just pick back up tomorrow. That has got to be a major key to success. Not to let a bump in the road mess you up and it's very important to listen to what your body is telling you.
Thanks for always being an inspiration and thanks for being just like us. That's why you are so wonderful.

Hello! I just have to say how wonderful Rochelle is. Rochelle has inspired and supported me since the very beginning of my Beach Body journey. She is just amazing! I started as a Slim in 6 newbie and without her by my side I don't know if I would have stayed committed to Pushing Play every day! She also taught me HOW and WHEN to eat. She has answered the many questions I have sent her way, never making me wait for a response.
Almost 2 months ago, Rochelle encouraged me to become a Beach Body coach myself. She saw something in me that I hadn't even seen in myself. And with her as my mentor, I have become a coach, and the people that I am now coaching have benefited immensely from all that Rochelle has taught me.
Rochelle is just awesome!

I have to say, I have the most wonderful Coach in the world! I would personally like to Sing high praises for, Rochelle (CoachRo). She has been the most support Coach I could ever ask for. No matter what is going on in Ro's life, she is always there for me, morning, noon and night. She has such a passion for helping many to learn to lead a very healthy lifestyle. Without Ro's support, I would have given up. Since January, Ro has been there for me no matter what. Always given me the "kick" I need to get back on this journey. Ro has taught me to see that it takes time, and you need patience.
Her threads are so fun and motivating.
RO is helping me to be in the best shape of my life at 40..

I am another vote for Rochelle (rochellern). She has been a FABULOUS coach for me and answered all my fitness, health and sometimes just personal questions.
I actually approached her to become my coach as the one I was assigned just didn't get back to me in a timely manner. She ahppily agreed to take me on and has since asked me to be a coach under her as well!!
Truly an inspiration to so many, I feel like if Ro can do it, SO CAN I!!! And a big thing for me -- MOVE ON with NO GUILT!! In the past, I would guilt myself into doing (or more to the point, NOT doing) something that was scary or I felt was out of my comfort zone.
Ro and the her threads have encouraged me to be ME again and I'll be grateful to her for the rest of my life!!
AWWW... Ro!!! You are the greatest COACH EVER!!! Mean that Girl!!! You're awesome Girl!!! You just show the love even when you are telling it like it is!!!

Not only has she been my coach since the beginning of my journey, but she has been such a wonderful teacher as I have started my own Coaching journey!

RO THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH I LOVE YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT PERSON THEN COACH..THE TURBO JAM IS WONDERFUL AND I AM LIKING IT NOW THAT I CAN GET THE MOVES DONE...I SEE THIS IS VERY CONCENTRATED ON THE ABS...I FEEL IT IS A MORE INTENSE WORKOUT THAN SLIM IN 6 IS...THERE IS NO DOUBT AFTER DOING THREE ROUNDS OF TJ THAT MY STOMACH WILL NOT BE CLOSE TO A SIX PACK...OBVIOUSLY WITH CLEAN EATING ...THANK YOU SOOO SOO MUCH FOR GUIDING ME
