The summer of 2007

I have struggled since a teen with my weight...gaining and losing the same 20 lbs over and over. Here I am last year. This is even my heaviest from last summer. I continued to gain all summer long until I hit my heaviest in August of 157 lbs. At 5'5" and 39 years old, I was headed down the path of obesity that has plagued my family for as long as I can remember.
