GoFitCoach Store Now Open

Per the request of several of our WONDERFUL coachees, we now have a line of apparel and other merchandise at the GoFitCoach Store. We will be adding new products and designs in the future, so keep checking back.

This is a great way to start up conversations in YOUR community about the workout programs that have changed YOUR life!!!

I would just like to add that I am humbled and in awe at how GoFitCoach (and Ro's Angels) has expanded in ways that I never imagined! THANK YOU to everyone!!!!!

Surgery update

Hi everyone!!! Thank you for all the prayers! Please continue as we are not out of the woods yet. I'm updating The Playground often. To make things a bit easier, I'll continue to just update there.

Prayer Request Update

Just a quick update...I'm so exhausted right now...

Surgery was 10 1/2 hours and a success as far as we know. My brother is in recovery room and will be going to ICU tonight. He is being kept sedated and on a ventilator until tomorrow. The doctor isn't anticipating any residual issues, but we won't know until Brian wakes up.

So, first surgery is done!

Please continue to pray for no complications and a speedy recovery.

Prayers Requested

Today is the day.

Today is the day that we have been anxiously waiting to arrive for the past 10 months.

Today is the day of Brian's brain surgery.

He is scheduled for surgery at 7:30am, which will last anywhere from 6-10 hours.

As you read this, I would like to request that you pause a moment and say a prayer. We need to support and the strength to get through this.
